#define LIM_UNAVAIL 0x00010000 The host Load Information Manager (LIM) is unavailable.
(e.g. the host is down or there is no LIM ). If LIM is unavailable the other information in the hostLoad structure is meaningless.
#define LIM_LOCKEDU 0x00020000 The host's LIM is locked by the root, LSF administrator or a user.
