Bit mask of job provisioning flags:
AC_JFLAG_PREDISPATCH (0x01)-indicates that the execution hosts are not ready yet
AC_JFLAG_VMJOB (0x02)-indicates that the job requires virtual machines
AC_JFLAG_SAVING_MACHINES (0x04)-indicates that virtual machines are to be saved
AC_JFLAG_MACHINE_SAVED (0x08)-indicates that virtual machines are saved
AC_JFLAG_RESTORING_MACHINES (0x10)-indicates that virtual machines are to be restored.
